Our original Tyrolean farm is located in a charming sport in the middle of the nature reserve Schwemm, about 2 km (1.2 mi.) from Walchsee, near the Moarhof golf course. The ideal vacation town for families with children or for sports enthusiasts in the summer and winter.

Cross-country ski track right at the house, 2 km (1.2 mi.) to the lake. Only 2 km (1.2 mi.) resp. 7 km (4.4 mi.) to the family ski region Zahmer Kaiser or Unterberg. Golf course next to the house. Hiking, mountaineering and climbing, everything is possible from here.

Start from the house on a trip to an alm, barbecue in the garden, relax on the deck chairs, jump on the trampoline, or play table tennis.
